Triple One presents a management vision of “advancing present technologies with the addition of dreams.” I would like for us to do our best to deal with issues that trouble customers; and in that, I want us take on our work with a stance of adding endeavors that only we can perform and doing that with a sense of excitement.
For example, we are focusing on AI and other new technologies and want eventually for new engineers as well to learn cutting-edge technologies, and our management vision is alive in that as well.
By considering how to make the best of new technologies and portraying big dreams, our desires will spread to future robot technologies and eventually manufacturing of our products.
An ordinary corporate organization is pyramid-shaped with the president at top. But our company is the exact opposite, and we all share a concept where the president is at the bottom, officers are above that, and employees are above them, with customers at the top supported by employees.
With this organization, the market expands by advancing the skills each engineer possesses, and the opinions of employees can be given top priority. Moreover, the discretion given to each employee becomes greater and responsibility naturally comes with that, leading to job satisfaction as well.
Meanwhile, the president ponders how to give form to the individual ideas of employees while piloting the organization in a well-balanced manner, aiming to make improvements. I believe that to be management with the participation of all.
The future we aim for is more than just the advancement of business. How do we fulfill our role as a listed company, and what should we work on to achieve a sustainable society?
I would like for us to aim to be a public company as one answer to that. For example, we have maintained collaboration with universities in Thailand for fostering engineers, and we intend to establish a local company at an early stage to gain a foothold to ASEAN countries and eventually build a mechanism where technical knowledge of various countries comes together.
Moreover, we intend to actively work on building an environment where women and retired engineers who had temporarily left the front lines as well as persons with disabilities can enjoy working.
We want Triple One to be a company that considers it right that people should speak and act freely and that portrays dreams while developing individualities and technologies.
